After Effect / 開啟檔案與設定
步驟一：選擇「 Composition 」→「 New Composition 」 開啟新檔。
步驟二：在「 Preset 」這項，選擇「 Custom 」。
步驟三：在「 Width 」與「Height 」這邊，填入寬度與高度。
步驟四：在「 Rixel Aspect Ratio 」這項，選擇「 Square Pixels 」。
步驟五：在「 Resolution 」這項，選擇「 Full 」高畫質。
步驟六：在「 Start Timecode 」這項，Key入檔案的開始時間， 「 Duration 」輸入檔案全長時間。
以上步驟設定完成後，按下「OK」就可以開始使用了。
